Care and storage

Please open your box straight away

Take everything out of the box as soon as it arrives. If the box is left sealed, condensation forms inside and the cakes and biscuits will spoil. This is the single most important thing to get right.

Cakes

Keep in the fridge, unsealed. Eat within one week of dispatch. Cakes freeze well if you'd rather save some.

Biscuits

Keep somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Eat within one to two weeks. Unopened, our biscuits have a shelf life of two months or more.

Sizes

All our cakes are 4 inches. Biscuit boxes are 23 × 16 × 2cm or 16 × 11 × 2cm. Cake boxes are 20 × 10 × 10cm or 13 × 13 × 5cm. If you need a larger cake, just ask.
