Delivery and lead times

When will it arrive?

Tell us the date you need it for and we'll post to arrive before it. We bake and post a few days ahead of your date so everything reaches your dog fresh.

How long we need

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made and dispatched, then a further 1–3 days for it to reach you. During busy periods orders can take a little longer, so the earlier you order the better.

Our baking week

We're open Monday to Thursday. Orders needed for a Monday are posted before the weekend, and orders needed for a Tuesday are posted on the Monday — that's the only way to be sure they arrive in time.

Postage

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48, chosen at checkout. We do everything we can to get your box to you on time, but Royal Mail delays are outside our control.

Boxes in transit

We take a lot of care packing, but occasionally a box has a bumpy journey and a piece of icing comes loose. We're always working on our packaging. If something arrives badly damaged, please send us a photo and we'll put it right.
