Personalised and perishable goods

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised, and goods that are perishable, are exempt from the usual 14-day right to cancel.

Almost everything we sell is one or both of those things: it's baked fresh to order, and most items carry your dog's name. So once we've started your order we can't offer a change-of-mind refund. We'd rather say that plainly here than surprise you later.

Cancelling before we start

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering and we'll refund you in full.

If something is wrong

This doesn't affect your legal rights. If your order arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or isn't of satisfactory quality, contact us with a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.
